First, we should check the plate hammer of the impact crusher. When the plate hammer of the impact crusher is worn to certain degree, you should timely adjust or replace the plate hammer to avoid the damage to the fasteners and other parts.
Second, we should check the liner of the impact crusher. Open the rack upper cover and dismantle the cotter pin, slotted nut and bolt used by the fixed liner of the impact crusher. Then you can replace the liner worn. If you install a new liner, you can reverse the steps above.
Third, in terms of the replacement of wearing parts of the impact crusher, you should first open the rack shelves. When you use it, you should first dismantle the coupling bolts between the rack upper shelves and the box. Then you can use the wrench twist it to the hex head portion of the clamshell device. Then the shelves will slowly be opened. In the meantime, you can use the hanging apparatus on the lower part of the rack. Repeat the above process, you will close the shelves.
Forth, the gap adjustment between the rotor of the impact crusher and the impact liner should be appropriate. When the rotor of the impact crusher is running, the gap between the impact liner and the rotor can not be adjusted. If the materials blocks are stranded between the counter plate and the plate and shell, you had better lift slightly the impact rack and re-adjust the gap. In this way, the materials blocks will become loose, and the impact rack is easy to be adjusted.
If the impact rack is insufficient, you can pat the relaxed rod with a board. The gap between the rotor and the impact liner should be completed by the adjustment device of the machine. First, you should loosen the bolt cover. And then you can turn the long nut. At this time, the straining beam will move in upward direction. After the adjustment, you can tighten the screw sets.
