Dynamics Model of Vibrating System of Roll Crusher


The roll crusher is to use the relative vibration of the two rigid bodies to apply high-frequency shock to the granular layers so that the particles can be crushed. The roll crusher is a kind of vibrating system which is composed by two vibrating rigid bodies and the broken loose bodies. The primary moving jaw does the forced vibration with the excitation vibration of the eccentric exciter. The primary moving jaw and the secondary moving jaw is connected by the master vibration spring which passes the vibration to the secondary moving jaw to cause the vibration. Put a vibration isolation rubber spring between the secondary moving jaw and the foundation to reduce the spread of the vibration to the outside world.
After the study of the nonlinear dynamics in the vibrating impact crushing process, we can use the simplified vibrating crushing system, namely single mass vibration impact crushing system for system study of the coupling nonlinear dynamics in the actual vibrating crushing process. We can use the nonlinear resonance principle and impact crushing principle with multiple-degrees freedom to carry out the theoretical analysis and experimental study of nonlinear dynamics of the roll crusher in the vibrating crushing process.
The main results are as follows. First, through the compression crushing test in the rigid metal container within the particle layers, we can get the changing laws of the structure relationship of the layer in the pressure of loads. Second, the single mass coupling vibrating impact crushing system has been established. Compared with the impact breaker and cone crusher, the new generation of roll crusher can better achieve the crushing purposes.
