You can select one pair or two pairs of supporting rollers for adjustment until the operation of the rotary kiln is normal. However, the adjustment angle of the supporting rollers should not be more than 30. In the installation process, the deflection of the central line of the supporting rollers and the central line of the kiln body should not be more than 1.5mm to 2mm. At the same time, in order to ensure that there is a fixed contact surface of the supporting roller and the rolling ring, the supporting roller after the adjustment should make the two center distances of the two shaft ends of the supporting roller equal.
